During your consultation, we learn more about you, begin to understand your vision, and answer any initial questions that you may have. We will also discuss your ideas and offer specific quotations, tailored to your design needs.
Once we are aligned on the vision, our expert designers will work closely with you to craft a unique design. We will provide sketches of your dream piece, in person. Your feedback will guide us in refining the design until it is perfect. This stage is all about collaboration, ensuring the piece is uniquely yours.
At McKims, we meticulously select only the finest materials, using perfectly alloyed metals and well-proportioned stones to ensure the quality of each piece. We will source a selection of coloured gemstones or diamonds that meet your criteria, for you to view prior to making your final decision. Receive qualified guidance and expert tips, whilst looking at an array of beautiful stones, as we ensure each stone enhances the beauty and integrity of your jewellery.
With the design and stones selected, we will move forward with production. A 50% deposit will secure your place in our workshop schedule. Our master craftsmen will then bring your design to life, meticulously crafting each detail. The design process is tailored to suit our clients wants and needs. As each jewellery piece is a bespoke design, so too is the process, and the timeframe will vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Once your piece is completed, we will contact you with images and arrange for the final payment and delivery. Whether you choose to pick it up in-store or have it delivered, we ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. Our team will provide care instructions to help you preserve its beauty for years to come.
