We recommend booking a consultation time with Craig McKim, who will guide you through the design process. You will be given the opportunity to view gemstones and/or diamonds, discuss your ideas, view our current instore collection, as well as be given technical suggestions for your new jewellery piece. We usually allow approximately one hour for your consultation as this gives sufficient time to answer all your questions and narrow down the design you would love to have made. Once the design is finalised, a 50% deposit is required, and we will then begin making your new jewellery piece.
