McKims Jewellery Design takes no responsibility for loss or delays caused by Australia Post. In the event of delays, we will assist with tracking your parcel.
Warranty
Lifetime Warranty: All handmade jewellery pieces sold by McKims Jewellery Design include a lifetime manufacturing warranty. This covers manufacturing faults and includes a yearly clean and check of your jewellery.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover items sourced from third-party suppliers, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available and can be used for in-store purchases, custom-made designs, or remodelling old jewellery.
Expiry: 3 years from the date of issue.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
