I just wanted to put a few words together to say how unbelievably grateful we are for what you have created for us. Your design and craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. You were referred to us by my brother and sister-in-law who were also totally over the moon with the engagement ring you re-created for them.
My original rings meant the world to me, but after 16 years I wanted them remodelled and jazzed up. The time you took to sit down and design a bespoke new engagement ring, along with my long desired eternity ring was very much appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed that step in the process. You didn’t rush us; you listened to my thoughts and ideas; and you kept my husband engaged in the design process.
What you then went away and created was nothing short of my dream rings. I was totally blown away! My tears and grin from ear to ear probably spoke volumes when you presented us with the end products. I am a sentimental girl and love my jewellery – that’s not an easy combination to please but you did it in spades.
A few weeks on, I am still staring at my hand and the stunning pieces of totally unique jewellery you created just for us. That will forever mean the world to me.

PS – I have never had so many comments from strangers on my “beautiful rings”. I’m a lucky little lady!
