Yes, we specialise in handcrafted, custom-designed jewellery tailored to your vision. Whether you are creating something from scratch or reimagining a treasured heirloom, we are here to bring your ideas to life.

We recommend booking a consultation with Craig McKim, who will guide you through the design process. During the consultation, you will have the chance to explore a selection of gemstones and/or diamonds, share your ideas, browse our current in-store collection, and receive expert advice on your new jewellery piece. Typically, consultations last around one hour, allowing time to answer your questions and refine the design you envision. Once the design is finalised, a 50% deposit is required and we will begin crafting your new jewellery piece.

The time it takes to create your custom jewellery piece may vary depending on its complexity. Generally, most custom-made pieces are completed within 4-6 weeks. If you are looking to have something made for a special occasion or specific date, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we would be happy to ensure your jewellery piece is ready on time.

During the consultation, we'll discuss important details such as the jewellery item, materials (precious metals, gemstones, diamonds), and measurements (like finger size or chain length) to create the perfect design for you.

You most certainly can! We will happily help answer any of your questions via email or phone and guide you through the design process just as if you were in our Brisbane store. Once your piece is ready, you can choose to have it shipped to you, or to collect in-store should you be visiting Brisbane.
